Kenneth Elwood ROOT

Flight Sergeant, Pilot, R/90493 Kenneth Elwood ROOT, 403 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force died while flying his Spitfire in training 24th September 1942 aged 24. He graduated from No14 Service Flying Training School, Aylmer. He was the son of Robert H and Clara of West Lorne, Ontario, Canada, and he is at rest in Catterick Cemetery, Yorkshire.
