John WALTERS

WALTERS, John. Private 2825, "A" Coy. 1/6th, South Staffordshire Regiment who died on 11 September 1915 age 22. He was the son of Herbert and Elizabeth Walters, of 13, Oaklands Rd., Wolverhampton and brother of Herbert who also fell in World War 1. He is commemorated on his parents memorial at Merridale Cemetery, Wolverhampton and he is at rest in Railway Cutting Cemetery, Larch Wood, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium
