- Private 24377625 John PROCTOR, Ex UDR. He was shot dead by the PIRA 14 September 1981 aged 25 after he had just finished visiting his wife and their newborn baby boy Mid-Ulster Hospital in Magherafelt. Earlier that day he served as a pall bearer at the funeral of his friend Private 24491032 Allen CLARKE. Ex -5 UDR shot dead by the PIRA whilst serving with the Royal Ulster Constabulary Reserve.
