John MORGAN. Captain, 52nd (Oxfordshire) Regiment of Foot, Light Infantry. Formerly Sergeant and Quartermaster. He was at the siege of Badajoz Fortress, 16 March to 6 April 1812.
Born 1784 at Bailieborough, died at Oldpark, Belfast, Ireland a widower of general debility 30 November 1871 aged 87. At rest in Old Priory Churchyard, Holywood, County Down.
