Extended Description: 2nd Lieutenant John Francis AITKEN 1/6th Lancashire Fusiliers killed in action near Ypres 6th September 1916 aged 26. Only son of James Frederic and Harriet Ann

Commemorated on his parents memorial in Bakewell Cemetery, Derbyshire and is buried in Brandhoek New Military Cemetery, No 3, Belgium
