- HOPE John Buxton. Trimmer, 1372/S.T. Royal Navy Reserve on HMS St.George. Born 8 December 1884 at Bootle Lancashire Died 30th September 1916 aged 32 years of malaria and anaemia in a hospital Malta. His brother Samuel of 20 Sidney Street, Aintree, Liverpool was informed of his death.
At rest in Plot C Grave 327 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
