Extended Description: John Batchelor Thorley Pte 24226, 11th Manchester Regiment, killed in action in France 12th August 1916 aged 20. Son of William Henry and Agnes. Commemorated on his parents memorial at Manchester Southern Cemetery, and also on the Arras Memorial, France
