- John BAILEY, Stoker 1st Class, SS/109846, HMS Caesar. Born 1 July 1891 at Bury Lancashire, enlisted 4 May 1910 on HMS Caesar, civilian occupation, labourer in a cotton mill, died of broncho pneumonia following influenza in Bighi Royal Naval Hospital, 15th October 1918 aged 24. Husband of Kate Bee (formerly Bailey), of 41 George Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth. Father of Winnie, Jim and John. His wife was informed of his death.
At rest in Plot D Grave 404 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
