Son of Col Edward Stockley Sinnott C.M.G, V.D., T.D., D.L., and Violet Carew Sinnott of Clifton, Bristol, husband of Marjorie, nee Kemble of Cirencester. Solicitor. Commemorated on his wife, Marjorie, memorial in St Swithin Church Cemetery, Quenington, Gloucestershire and on the Alamein Memorial, Egypt
