Died 30 June 1915 aged 38.

Son of James and Catherine Walsh, husband of Maria Walsh, 22 Bexley Street, Hanley. Born at Hanley.

Accidentally killed at Nottingham whilst riding a horse. Husband of Maria of Etruscan Street, Etruria. His widow was granted a war gratuity 8 November 1915 revised 30 November 1915.

At rest at Hanley Stoke-on-Trent Cemetery, Staffordshire.
