James Lovitt SILLY Lieutenant 304006 Army Air Corps, Special Air Service Regiment executed by the SS on the 22nd October 1944 in France. Son of Frances Fanny and the late Benjamin James Silly of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
Buried at Moyenmoutier Communal Cemetery, France

His father Benjamin J Silly, Air Commodore, Royal Air Force died in action on the 7th December 1943 aged 50. Son of George and Lucy and wife of Frances Fanny of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.
Buried at Sai Wan War Cemetery, Hong King
