James CAHILL. Sapper 10288, 24th Coy, Royal Engineers. Born 1880 at Ballysop, New Ross, Wexford, Ireland to Annie Cahill. Enlisted 6 January 1902, civilian occupation, wheel wright. Died 26 November 1903 aged 23 years. His mother and sisters Mary E and Anne E were granted a gratuity 8 February 1904.

At rest in Addolorata Cemetery, Malta.
