James BADCOCK

Extended Description
First Radio Officer James BADCOCK, H.M.S. Cape Sable, Naval Auxiliary.
Born 3 October 1901 James and Martha at 2 Railway Street, Pendleton, Manchester. 1911 with his aunt and uncle Frances and Joseph Ritson of Kirkgate Cockermouth, Cumberland. His mother (who was married) and siblings were residing at 251 Eccles New Road, Salford, Manchester.
Married 12 December 1932 to Kathleen Mary Little, of 149 High Street Wootton Bassett.
Fell overboard at night off Aden 16 March 1941 aged 40 years.
Commemorated on the Liverpool Naval Memorial, Lancashire.

James Badcock of 149 High Street, Wootton Bassett died on date stated. His effects went to his widow.
