Born 1877 at Croydon, Surrey. 1911 aged 33 residing with her parents at Hill Farm, Westcott Dorking, Surrey,

Died 13 August 1916 Died of illness contracted on duty. According to her father's letter, she died following an operation for an internal abscess in Lewes, Sussex.
