Extended Description: 2nd Lieutenant, 99th Siege Battery, Royal Garrison Artillery, killed in France 30th June 1918 aged 28. Son of John Roberts and Ellen Agnes of Bakewell and husband of Laura Elizabeth nee Finney of Kings Street, Bakewell.

Commemorated on a family memorial in Bakewell Cemetery, Derbyshire and is at rest in in Aire Communal Cemetery, France
