HMS Ark Royal refueling at sea Indonesian Confrontation 1965

HMS Ark Royal with 4 NA39 Buccaneers, 4 Sea Vixens and an anti submarine Gannet on the flight deck being refueled by RFA Tidereach. Also being refueled is a county class destroyer. On the right is a HMAS Modified Type 12 Frigate. (Admiralty Photograph)

Is this the same HMS Ark Royal as the more recent one, minus the ramp? or she been completely rebuilt since this piccy? . Brilliant photo @Geoffxx

@Firefox
It is the old Ark Royal, steam turbine driven, steam catapult, many fixed wing aircraft, about 50,000 tons.
Remember the picture was taken when we had a navy and not just 19 surface ships and no aircraft carriers we have today. In 1965 we had 3 carriers "Ark Royal", "Eagle" and "Victorious" also "Bulwark" and "Albion" that were commando carriers. I forgot the Hermes
