- Herbert William BRIGHTMAN, Pensioner. Formerly J24234 Leading Telegraphist. Born 9 October 1897 at Portsmouth, Hampshire. Enlisted as Boy Class 2 on 24 April 1913 on HMS Ganges. Left the navy as Leading Telegraphist 8 October 1927 from HMS Victory 1. Died 11th January 1963.
At rest in Plot D Grave 843 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
