SUTTON Herbert. Lance Corporal, 1757, Surrey Yeomanry, died 21st August 1915, aged 22 years. The son of Oswald Walker Sutton and Hannah Fletcher Sutton, of 2 Fernwood Avenue, Streatham, London. Love and battle make life noble. Time flies fast but time is long. H.S.

HARRISON John. Corporal, 1444, Royal Army Veterinary Corps, attached to the 87th Infantry Brigade, died 24th August 1915, aged 58 years, should be 23 years. The husband of Margaret E. Harrison, of 3 Grove Lane, Retford, Nottingham. Gone but not forgotten.

AIREY Henry. Lance Corporal, 17444, 6th Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Died at sea on a hospital ship, bound for Malta on the 25th August 1915 from the effects of being in action at Gallipoli. His widow, Ellen was granted a war gratuity on the 8th December 1915, revised on the 10th July 1915.
