Extended Description: BLAIR Herbert Samuel Penny. 2nd Lieutenant, 3rd, Duke of Cornwalls Light Infantry. Died of his wounds received at Salonika, on the 31st October 1916, age 26 years at Cotterina Military Hospital, Malta. He was the son of Dr. Charles Samuel. and Bessie E. Blair, of 51 Sheen Road, Richmond, Surrey, formerly of 28, Beech Grove, Preston, Lancashire.
