SERVICE Henry Thomas. Petty Officer 1st Class, 204366, Royal Navy on HMS Swiftsure. Born 4 July 1882 at Eastchurch Sheppey Kent enlisted 12 April 1899 on HMS Northampton occupation prior to enlistment grocers assistant. Received slight wounds to his lip and tonge during operations in the Dardnelles and died of septic pneumonia s 18 August 1915 aged 33 Royal Naval Hospital Bighi, Malta. His widow Emma Mary A nee Bullock was informed of his death on the 20th August 1915. At rest in Plot C Grave 266 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
