Henry ROBBINS

ROBBINS, George Henry. Able Seaman D/JX134250 Royal Navy on H.M.S Jaquar killed at sea when the ship was sunk in the Mediterranean 26th March 1942, it was part of the Malta Convoys. He was aged 28 and was the son of Charles William and Lucy Robbins, of Stratford-on-Avon. He is/was, commemorated on a Poppy Cross on the W.W.2 War Memorial in the Garden of Remembrance, near the Holy Trinity Church, Stratford on Avon, and also on the Plymouth Naval Memorial, Devon
