- Henry Augustus BARRETT. Admiralty Civilian,of Senglea, Malta. Born 1858 in the Registration District of Lewisham. He may have been the son of John and Lucy Barrett who in 1871 were living as a family in Chatham, Kent . In 1881 he was married and living with his wife and son, *Alfred at 22 Russell Street, Chatham, home of his in laws Mr and Mrs Agate. He died 19th February 1912.
Wills and Admin, Ancestry - His lived with his wife Amelia Rosetta Barrett, (nee Agate) at 80 Strada, Sirena, Senglea, Malta. His widow received his effects. Henry and Amelia were married (December quarter) 1878 at Medway, Kent.
At rest in Plot B Grave 209, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta. Unmarked burial.
