These are aircraft that have been capture and are being tested at Duxford to see how they handle. Aside from the RAF markings, when they were test flying them, they would have a fighter escort to make sure no-one attack tried to shoot them down.
 
These bombers (depending on the date) were also valued for the new radar systems installed - X Gerate and Knickerbein were the two systems used for the Battle of the Beams, guiding the pathfinder bombers onto targets at night so incendary bombs could be dropped illuminating the target for the main bomber streams following.
