Haslett Louis., 11/23960 Corporal 11th Batt. Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers (Donegal Fermanagh Volunteers) of Rosslea was previously awarded the D.C.M.

How he won the DCM
23900, Private L, Haslett, 11th Battalion.
For conspicuous initiative when on sentry. After he had incapaciated several tunnellers, private Haslett descended a 40 foot shaft without hesitation and rescued on men and returned to assist in rescuing others. He has no experience of mining (15.4.16)
