Harry WILKINSON

Extended Description
WILKINSON, Harry, Private 14754, 1/4th Cheshire Regiment, (22nd Foot) fell in action in France 14th October 1918 aged 24. Son of William and Martha Ann of Acton Cliff, Northwich, Cheshire. He joined up on the 7th September 1916 aged 20 and 9 months. On the 7th July 1916 he received a gun shot wound to a finger. Fought in France from the 19th December 1915 to his death 14th October 1918. Commemorated on his parents memorial in St Mary’s Churchyard. At rest in Dadizeele New British Cemetery, Belgium.
