Son of Albert and Ellen Watkins, of May Hill, Longhope, Gloucestershire. Enlisted December 1914.

Commemorated at Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Taynton St Lawrence Churchyard, Gloucestershire.
