Killed in action near Ypres, 4 October 1917 age 25.

Youngest son of Fanny and Moorsom Mennell of Thorpe, Yorkshire.

Commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium

Commemorated on a family memorial in St Stephen’s Churchyard, Fylingdales, Yorkshire.
