Glyn JONES. Sergeant, Air Loadmaster F8211843 Royal Air Force. Born 30th January 1966 died of his injuries 25th May 1988 aged 22. He was stationed at RAF Gutersloh, Germany and was part of a four man crew in Chinook HC.1 ZA672/BH, Three lost their lives one survived in the tragic accident during ILA´88 at Hannover-Lagenhagen on May 6th 1988.

A fire erupted). Greatley missed by Mum, Dad and Sister Helen. May he rest in peace with all around him. The other crew were Flying Officer Philip Anthony BREWER 22 and Flying Officer James Stewart MCMENEMY 23
This memorial is situated at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire. At rest in Holy Trinity and St Oswald Churchyard, Finningley, Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
@Karen Williams , as @Bombardier has pointed out, Glyn Jones will never be forgotten, I never knew him and I served in the armed forces of another country, but he was also my brother
