MOORE Gerald Alexander Clifford. Lieutenant, 8th Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). Died 11th July 1915, of his wounds received at Gallipoli on 28th June, aged 24 years. The only son of Alexander Moore, of Badgeworth Court, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
(Wills and Admin, Ancestry) He lived at 2 Lancaster Crescent, Glasgow, his effects went Hilda Estry Marsh, spinster.

Gerald Alexander Clifford Moore. His father, Alexander Moore, resided at Badgeworth Court. Served as Lt, in the 8th Battalion Cameronians (Scottish Rifles). Died of wounds on 11th July 1915, aged 24, after evacuation to Malta from Gallipoli and is buried in Pieta Military Cemetery. He is not commemorated in Badgeworth, Cheltenham or the local area. He is commemorated on the family plot in Badgeworth (Holy Trinity) Churchyard.
