Born 18 May 1881 to Samuel and Elizabeth, nee Birchenough. 1891 with his parents and siblings at Ashfield House, Upton, Cheshire. 1901 boarder with his brother at Lyddon Hall, (Hall of Residence )ran by Mr and Mrs Rowe, occupation, an apprentice ! engineer.
1939 with if wife Frances Dorothy at Stoke Cottage, Nantwich, Cheshire. Occupation Army Reserve. Regular appointment Fee. Western Command H.Q. Chester.
Died 1951 at Crewe Cheshire.
