Killed in the sinking of his ship 25 November 1941 aged 25
Born 14 June 1916 in Lincoln to Robert Alfred and Kate Jackson, nee Jackson.
Commemorated on the Chatham Naval Memorial, Kent.

Private 56546 Robert Alfred Fowler. 2nd Royal Welsh Fusiliers.
Born 1893 to Robert and Elfie Fowler, nee Baldwin.
1901 with his parents and siblings at Byland Land, Welton, Lincolnshire.
1908 his mother remarried to Christopher Cash Butler in Lincoln.
1911 boarding at the home of Walter and Gertrude Baldwin at Glentworth Cliff Lincoln, occupation, farm waggoner.
At the time of his death his mother was residing at 09 Saville Street, Lincoln.
He was killed in action 26 August 1918 aged 25.
Commemorated on the Vis-En-Artois Memorial, France.
