George Victor Wakefield FALDER, Gunner, 2/873, 2nd Battery. N.Z. Field Artillery. Died of enteric fever, 27th July 1915in Imtarfa Hospital, Malta. The son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Falder, of 14 Percival Street, Wellington, New Zealand, formerly of Kahouri Bridge, Stratford, Wellington. He enlisted on the 10th November 1914 at Trentham, embarked New Zealand on the 14th December 1914, disembarked at Egypt on the 29th January 1915, On the 18th July 1915 fell ill at Anzac, sent to Malta on hospital ship, Gascon the same day, admitted into Imtarfa Hospital on the 24th July and died on the 27th July 1915.

HOPGOOD Joseph. Driver, 38635, 10th Battery., 147th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. Fell ill in Egypt died on Hospital Ship, ? Newraha of a septic wound. 25th July 1915, aged 28 years. Son of William and Alice Hopgood, of 63 Waldeck Street, Reading. Husband of Annie Elizabeth S. nee Montgomery of 6 Waterloo Road, Reading.

Alan MARSHAL, Private 163, 15th Battalion, Australian Infantry. Died of enteric fever, 23rd July 1915. The son of Samuel and Agnes Marshal, of The Bungalow, Esk, Queensland.

All at rest in Pieta Cemetery, Malta. Plot B Row III Grave 1
