Extended Description
George Raymond WITHERS. Ordinary Seaman JX125605 Royal Navy on HMS Eagle. Born 12th September 1910 at Reading Berkshire to Charles and Elizabeth Mary Withers nee Holman. Enlisted 1st January 1926 on HMS Ganges occupation prior to enlistment, errand boy. Died 16th November 1928 aged 18 years accidentally drowned in Malta Dockyard. His mother was informed of his death 16th November 1928.
