George Parvin COOK, Leading Stoker K27636 Royal Navy on HMS Resolution. Born 11th June 1897 at Tavistock Devon enlisted 2nd August 1915 in HMS Vivid II, occupation prior to enlistment, Gardener. Royal Navy on HMS Resolution. Took his own life 26th August 1928 aged 30 years by drowning, suicide.
