Extended Description: Private 24594, 2nd Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry killed in France 12th January 1917 age 30. Son of Charles E & Jane Ellen of 73 Etland Road, Nottingham.

Commemorated on his parents memorial at Nottingham general Cemetery, and is buried at Euston Road Cemetery, Colincamps, Somme, France
