Extended Description: Sergeant George DEANE. C Coy 3rd Royal Warwickshire Regiment died at Mellieha 30th November 1900 aged 33. Erected by the members of Sergeants' Mess. At rest in Plot 4. Row 1 Grave 7 in Imtarfa Military Cemetery, Malta.

The funeral of the late Sergeant George DEAN, 3rd Royal Warwickshire Regiment who committed suicide by shooting himself with a rifle at Mellieha Camp on Thursday 30th took place at Citta Vecchia Cemetery yesterday afternoon at 4.30 p.m. A large number of the Bn and other Corps attended.
