Private 7124, 3rd Royal Fusiliers, killed in action 27th April 1915 aged 22. Son of John and Annie Scott of 11, Mill Street, Burslem. Commemorated on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Belgium

His brother, James also fell and is buried in Burslem Cemetery in a seperate grave.
