Frederick Thomas RAGGATT No. M13065 Engine Room Artificer Royal Navy
Died 18 November 1919 aged 22.

Born 30 April 1893 at Tewkesbury to Frederick Francis and Clara Jane Raggatt nee Harrington of Oldbury Road, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. In 1911 he was residing with his parents and siblings at 6 Jeyness Row, Tewkesbury. Occupation aged 13 an apprentice boiler maker. He enlisted 15 April 1915, occupation prior to enlistment, boiler maker. His first ship was HMS Vivid II, last ship was the same. He was invalided out of the navy due to disease of the eyes.

His funeral service was held at St Mary’s Church Tewkesbury and he was laid to rest in Tewkesbury Cemetery 22 November 1919.
