Private 12255 Frank William GAGE, 8th Gloucestershire Regiment killed in action in Belgium on the 11th September 1916 aged 22. He was the son of Samuel and Mary of 2, Berkeley Avenue, Cheltenham. He is laid to rest at Berks Cemetery Extension, Hainaut, Belgium. This memorial plaque is planted beside a tree dedicated to him at the National Memorial Arboretum at Alrewas, Staffordshire.
