Extended Description: Lance Corporal 41727 [CWGC have Pte] 8th King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment killed in action at Havincourt, France 27th September 1918 aged 19. Son of Frank & Martha Annie of 20, Allen Street, Hartshill.

Commemorated on his parents' memorial at Hartshill Cemetery, and is buried at Lowrie Cemetery, Havincourt, France
