OSBORNE Francis Raywood. Sergeant 781, 10th Royal Fusiliers. Born 1890 at Chipping Campden to Francis Bazley and Mary Ann Osborne. 1891 -1911 residing with his parents and siblings at the School Masters House at Chipping Campden Grammar School. High Street. His father was the headmaster of the school. 1911 he was boarding at the home widow, Fanny Cook at 50 Mill Street, Ludlow, Shropshire. Occupation, bank clerk. At the time of his death his parents were residing at Malvern House, Blockley, Worcs. Killed in action 4 May 1916 age 26. His sister Helen J was granted a war gratuity 12 July 1916 revised 23 September 1919. At rest in Berles-Au-Bois Churchyard Extension, France.
