Francis Joseph Dunn. Born 31 May 1900 at 71 Hillman Street, Belfast to William and Matilda Dunn nee Jackson.
Irish Census 1901. With his married mother and his uncle Jack Jackson at 37 Hillman Street, Belfast. 1911 with his parents and sibling and his uncle Jack at 38 Stratheden Street, Belfast.
He was in the army as Private FMT/43976, 615th Mechanical Transport Coy, Royal Army Service Corps.
He died the 8th September 1919 in Belfast Military Hospital, Victoria Barracks, Belfast.
At rest in R.C Section, Milltown Cemetery, Belfast.

Private Francis Dunn died in Belfast Military Hospital today (8th September 1919) from injuries received while hill climbing yesterday evening. He was ascending Cave Hill when a stone dislodged by boys higher up fell on his head, causing concussion. He died without regaining consciousness aged 19.
City of Belfast Coroner, James Graham held an inquest the following day, 9th September 1919 and gave the cause of death as Shock and laceration of brain
