Died aged 32. Son of Joseph Thomas & Hannah of Tideswell and brother of Jack who also fell in 1915 and husband of Alice Cope (formerly Fletcher), of 13, Macclesfield Rd., Whaley Bridge, Stockport

Commemorated on his parents and brother memorial at Tideswell Cemetery and is buried at St John the Baptist, Tideswell, Derbyshire
