- F066 WALTER SHEARSBY, Sergeant 347503, Royal Air Force. Born 1900 at Poplar, London to Charles and Eliza Shearsby. 1911 residing with his parents and siblings at 87 Suffolk Street, Poplar, East London. Husband of Florence Lilian Shearsby, of Bell Green, Coventry. Died 23rd November 1941 aged 41 years as the result of enemy action over Malta. He was not airborne at the time of his death.
