F-4B Phantom from the US Navy's VF-74 (the Be-Devilers) taking off mid/late 1966. VF-74 were the first US Navy squadron to fly the Phantom (commencing August 1961) and so this photo was almost certainly taken during initial training as they were deployed to USS Forrestal the very next year.
