Extended Description: EVANS, Evan. (M.M.) Lance Corporal 3419 Post Office Rifles, London Regiment died of wounds in France 24th September 1916 aged 21. He was the son of Evan and Lucy Ann of 7, Owen Road, Wolverhampton.

He is commemorated on his parents memorial at Merridale Cemetery, Wolverhampton, and is at rest in Abbeville Communal Cemetery Extension, Somme, France.
