Only son of Sarah Ellen Crisp, of Garth, Llanbedr, Merionethshire, Wales and the late George Crisp. Native of Evesham, Worcs.
At rest at Suzanne Communal Cemetery Extension, Somme, France.
Commemorated on a family plaque in Evesham St Lawrence Church, Worcestershire.
