Edward Sylvester MAUNDERS

Edward Sylvester MAUNDERS. Private 51648 Gloucestershire Regiment. Born at Coombe, Wotton-under-Edge to Adolphus Sylvester and Agnes Elizabeth Maunders, nee Moore. 1901-1911 residing with his parents and siblings at Coomb. He married Ethel Emily Candy on the 20 February 1921 at St Mary the Virgin, Wotton-under-Edge, aged 22, occupation, engine driver. Died at Coombe from the effects of being gassed in the war 13 June 1927 aged 28. At rest in grave 243, Wotton-under-Edge Cemetery, Gloucestershire.
