Sergeant 6195 Edward Stamp. Royal Garrison Artillery.
Born 1877
Prior service, he was posted to Malta date not known.
In 1896 he married in Malta, to Miss Josephine (k/a Jessie) Mifsud who died in Malta 1908
He remarried the 16 August 1909 as John Edward Stamp in Portsmouth to Margaret Emily Marim Laker

Some note from what remains of his service records, only WW1.
He re-engaged aged 44 years and 6 months years at Fort Rowner, Gosport 07 June 1915.He was residing with his family at 27 Day Street, Old Swan, a neighbourhood on Liverpool and discharged no longer physically fit for war service 15 June 1915.
