Died 26 January 1965 aged 40 at Princess Mary RAF Hospital, Halton Wendover, Buckinghamshire.
Laid to rest Friday 29 January 1965.

He resided at 25 Officers Married Quarters, 25 Avro Road, RAF Little Rissington.

At rest at Little Rissington St Peter Churchyard, Gloucestershire.
